### About the Role
As a Frontend React Developer, your primary objective will be the end-to-end development of high-quality UI components and features. You will act as a key link between design and engineering, transforming complex requirements and visual mockups into functional, scalable code.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Feature Development:** Build and maintain responsive frontend components using React.js based on Figma design files and PRD requirements.
* **Code Quality:** Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while participating in rigorous code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
* **Technical Collaboration:** Partner with the Team Lead and fellow engineers during planning sessions to estimate effort and define technical paths.
* **Optimization:** Continuously improve components for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
* **Testing & Documentation:** Conduct thorough testing to ensure bug-free releases and maintain clear documentation for component functionality.

### Requirements
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* **Experience:** At least 3 years of professional experience specializing in React.js development.
* **Tech Stack:** Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and core React principles.
* **Design-to-Code:** Proven ability to translate Figma mockups into functional, responsive UI components.
* **Web Fundamentals:** Deep understanding of CSS/CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), web performance optimization, and responsive design.
* **Communication:** Professional-level English proficiency (both written and spoken) for technical collaboration.

**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience with **Ant Design (AntD)** or similar component libraries.
* Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and state management (Redux, Next.js).
* Experience with frontend testing frameworks like **Jest** and **React Testing Library**.
* Background working in **Agile** environments and a strong understanding of Git-based workflows.
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
