**Role Overview:**
Red Dot Analytics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our commercial expansion in the rapidly growing data center market. This is a pivotal, newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, tasked with defining and executing our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, driving significant revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization. **Job Scope / What You'll Do:**

* **Drive Strategic Revenue Growth:** Lead all sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) activities to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This includes identifying and engaging key enterprise accounts in the APAC data center ecosystem, developing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline, leading complex negotiations, and driving the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
* **Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategy:** Craft and implement a comprehensive 3-5 year GTM strategy aligned with our long-term vision and market opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to define target segments, value propositions, and compelling sales messaging for DCVerse. Collaborate closely with marketing to generate leads and boost awareness.
* **Build and Scale a High-Performing Sales Team:** Lay the foundation for and ultimately build a scalable sales organization. This involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing sales talent, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback, and creating effective onboarding programs and sales playbooks.
* **Establish Scalable Sales Processes and Infrastructure:** Define and document a standardized enterprise sales process from prospecting through post-sales handover. Evaluate and implement CRM systems and other sales enablement tools to support efficient deal flow and consistent performance, and set key metrics to track and optimize sales effectiveness.
* **Cultivate Strategic Customer Relationships:** Forge and expand strong relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and key technical decision-makers within colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale data center operators. Represent Red Dot Analytics at industry events, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
* **Influence Product Development:** Provide critical market intelligence and customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of market demands and customer needs.
* **Initial 3-6 Month Impact:** Immediately after joining, you will be responsible for drafting a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy and translating it into actionable sales initiatives. This will include personally generating initial leads and tracking targets to demonstrate early traction and set the precedent for future sales success.

**Requirements / Who You Are:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 8-20+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales, with a significant portion in a sales leadership capacity (e.g., Head of Sales, Sales Director/VP).
* Demonstrable track record of identifying, sourcing, and closing complex, high-value (multi-million dollar) key accounts with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
* Strong experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new markets or products.
* Direct experience in the data center, energy optimization, or mission-critical infrastructure sectors, with an existing network within colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale data center operators in the APAC region.
* Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
* Highly self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable taking initiative in a low-structure, results-driven startup environment, with the ability to "wear many hats."
* Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Legally authorized to work in Singapore.

* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Familiarity with digital twin technology, AI solutions, and energy management systems.
* Experience establishing and optimizing scalable sales processes and infrastructure, including CRM implementation (e.g., Salesforce).
* Prior experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-growing technology company.
