## **The Opportunity: Why This Role Exists**
Persevio is transitioning from successful product validation to aggressive market scaling. We're seeking a pioneering Sales Manager to establish and lead our dedicated sales function, driving revenue growth by acquiring new direct employer clients for our innovative AI recruitment platform. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy and execution from the ground up, directly reporting to the CEO.
## **What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities**
As our first Sales Manager, you will be an individual contributor with significant influence, responsible for:
**1. Drive New Client Acquisition and Revenue Growth (Core)**
* Develop and execute a robust outbound sales strategy to identify, engage, and onboard new direct employer clients seeking to hire for their internal teams.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing new business deals.
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets for new client acquisition and job assignment generation through the Persevio platform.
**2. Foster Client Relationships and Ensure Platform Adoption (Core)**
* Act as a primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing satisfaction with Persevio's AI recruitment platform.
* Collaborate closely with our dedicated delivery team to ensure successful fulfillment of job assignments.
* Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased platform utilization within existing client relationships.
**3. Build and Optimize Sales Processes (Secondary)**
* Establish a repeatable and scalable sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client onboarding workflows.
* Research and recommend sales tools and technologies (e.g., CRM) to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collect and analyze market feedback to inform product development and refine sales strategy.
## **What You'll Bring: Ideal Candidate Profile**
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented professional with a unique blend of sales prowess and recruitment domain expertise.
**Experience & Background:**
* **3-10 years of professional experience** in a B2B sales capacity, with a strong individual contributor focus.
* Proven track record in **B2B sales**, consistently exceeding quotas and personally acquiring new customers.
* **Deep HR/Recruitment Domain Expertise:** A clear understanding of the recruitment landscape, particularly selling talent solutions to direct employers or in-house HR/recruiters.
* Ideally, experience as a **360-degree agency recruiter** with a significant book of business and demonstrable success in new client acquisition.
* Alternatively, B2B Sales Manager/Executive experience from an **HR Tech or Recruitment SaaS company** consistently exceeding sales quotas.
* Experience selling complex services or software to HR departments or senior business leaders, showcasing a deep understanding of hiring challenges.
* **Early-Stage Startup DNA (Big Plus):** Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced early-stage startup environment, demonstrating proactivity, self-drive, and comfort with problem-solving without explicit instructions.
* Proven track record of building processes from scratch, operating with limited resources, or quickly adapting to changing priorities in a growth-stage company (Big Plus).
* Prior experience as an early employee (sub-50) at a successful startup or prior founder experience (Bullseye for startup DNA).

**Other Requirements:**
* Primary language: English. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred for potential communication with product and development teams.
* Must be a **Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.**
* Must be **based in Singapore.**
