**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team as a pivotal individual contributor. This newly created role is designed to fill a critical capability gap, focusing on developing, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that ensure the long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability of our operations. The successful candidate will provide essential insights into market trends, competitive positioning, and business transformation, directly influencing executive leadership decisions.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Develop and Execute Corporate Strategies:** Drive the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies and business plans aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
* **Lead Organizational Transformation:** Identify, champion, and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, governance, and sustainability across the organization.
* **Facilitate Strategic Planning:** Orchestrate strategic planning processes across various departments, ensuring alignment between operational activities and overarching corporate goals.
* **Monitor Performance & Advise:** Track performance against strategic objectives, preparing insightful reports and recommendations for management and the Board to guide informed decision-making.
* **Analyze Markets & Investments:** Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities. Evaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and project portfolios to ensure strategic alignment.
* **Hands-on Financial Modeling & Budget Control:** Perform detailed financial modeling and data analysis, and implement robust budget controls for strategic initiatives.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience in strategy, corporate planning, or business development, with a strong focus on driving and executing strategic and transformational initiatives.
* Proven ability to perform hands-on financial modeling, manage budget controls, and develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps.
* Capacity to operate effectively as a hands-on individual contributor within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model from our South Jakarta office.
* Legally authorized to work in Indonesia, in accordance with local employment regulations.
* Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and reporting to executive leadership.

* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Prior experience from a reputable management consulting firm, with a focus on strategy, operations, or business transformation projects.
* Industry experience in mining, energy, or other heavy industries.
