**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales & Technical Solution Manager with deep expertise across data centers and mission-critical infrastructure. This is a pivotal individual contributor role where you will drive technical sales, solution design, and value articulation of our cutting-edge AI/Digital Twin platform. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding (HVAC, CRAH/CRAC, Chiller, CDU, Liquid Cooling, BMS/EPMS) with the ability to translate customer pain points into compelling solution proposals that integrate AI, Digital Twin, and automation technologies. This highly customer-facing role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive solution design, value articulation, and successful deployment strategies.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Lead Technical Engagements:** Spearhead technical discussions with C/VP-level stakeholders, facility managers, and engineering teams, focusing on cooling architecture and digital transformation.
* **Understand & Tailor Solutions:** Analyze customer objectives, operational challenges, and infrastructure constraints to propose and design tailored end-to-end solutions.
* **Conduct In-Depth Assessments:** Perform site assessments, gather detailed requirements, and lead solution discovery workshops.
* **Deliver Compelling Presentations:** Create and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value proposals that effectively articulate solution benefits.
* **Architect Complex Systems:** Design integrated solutions encompassing data center cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, CDU), airflow, thermal management, liquid cooling (rear-door, cold-plate, immersion), BMS/EPMS integration, controls logic, sensor/telemetry data, AI models, Digital Twin, CFD simulation, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
* **Develop Technical Proposals:** Generate customer-aligned solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and deployment timelines, quantifying value through energy savings, PUE improvement, risk reduction, and OPEX optimization models.
* **Act as a Domain Expert:** Serve as an internal expert on cooling technologies and best practices for hyperscale and colocation environments, staying updated on market trends like high-density deployments, liquid cooling adoption, AI workloads, and sustainability regulations.
* **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work effectively with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Project teams to ensure solution feasibility, successful handover, and delivery, and provide feedback for product improvement.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience (5-10+ years) in pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering roles within data centers, HVAC/Building Systems, Industrial Cooling, or Energy Management Systems domains.
* Deep technical expertise in data center cooling systems (e.g., CRAC/CRAH, Chiller plants, cooling towers, pumps, airflow management) and BMS/EPMS architecture, controls, and protocol standards (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, OPC UA).
* Proven ability to interpret cooling system drawings and operational data.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including C/VP-level stakeholders.
* Strong customer empathy and consultative selling capabilities, adept at handling multi-stakeholder environments and complex technical discussions.
* Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing startup environment, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience with liquid cooling systems (e.g., CDU, coolant distribution, immersion).
* Familiarity with CFD simulation tools, AI-based optimization, or Digital Twin technologies.
* Exposure to sustainability reporting, PUE/WUE calculations, or energy audits.
* Experience supporting proposal responses for RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
* Certifications such as ASHRAE, CDCP/CDCE, LEED, or relevant engineering licenses.
