**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Executives. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels within Singapore's vibrant automotive sector. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team:** Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 5 Sales Executives, fostering their professional growth and cultivating a collaborative, results-oriented sales culture.
* **Drive Strategic Sales Growth:** Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales strategies for both retail and corporate segments, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets.
* **Manage End-to-End Sales Operations:** Oversee daily B2B and B2C sales activities, from customer engagement to documentation, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every interaction.
* **Navigate the Dynamic Automotive Market:** Monitor Singapore's automotive market trends, including COE movements, regulatory updates, and competitive landscapes, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies.
* **Cultivate Strong Relationships:** Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and product launches, and maintain robust relationships with principal suppliers, business partners, and key corporate clients.
* **Ensure Operational Excellence:** Oversee all commercial administration, including sales documentation, contract management, and payment arrangements, while providing detailed sales analytics and reporting to management.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience in hands-on B2B and B2C sales within the automotive or COE-driven retail sector in Singapore.
* Proven leadership ability, specifically managing and mentoring a team of Sales Executives.
* Track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies that achieve or exceed targets.
* Strong understanding of the Singapore automotive market dynamics, including COE movements and regulatory updates.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership title with direct reports (ideally managing around 5 individuals) within the automotive industry.
* A strong personal sales track record, evidenced by consistent achievement of sales targets and successful deal closures.
* Experience contributing to or leading initiatives that significantly increased market share or introduced new go-to-market strategies.
