**Role Overview:**
We are embarking on an exciting new strategic venture, building out a brand-new product line. As an AI Engineer, you will be a pivotal individual contributor, hands-on in designing, building, and integrating cutting-edge AI solutions that will redefine our operational efficiency and drive digital transformation. **How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Innovate with AI Integration:** Integrate advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), text classification, GPT-based automation agents, and computer vision, into critical internal workflows to enhance productivity and intelligence.
* **Develop & Scale Prototypes:** Lead the development of AI-powered prototypes and proof-of-concepts, validating their business value and scaling successful initiatives from pilot to production-ready solutions.
* **Build Robust Backend Systems:** Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) and Node.js.
* **Architect Seamless Connections:** Create microservices and APIs that efficiently connect disparate internal systems such as CRM, localization platforms, and analytics tools, fostering a unified operational environment.
* **Ensure Operational Excellence:** Deploy and maintain applications using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high reliability and scalability for our global teams.
* **Automate Workflows:** Develop lightweight backend services and web tools that automate manual reporting, task tracking, and content processing, significantly improving operational workflows.
* **Drive Data-Driven Insights:** Design event-driven systems and feedback loops that transform operational data into actionable insights, enabling continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in software engineering, data engineering, or automation-focused roles, with strong backend development skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Proven hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or API-based AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) into applications, including experience with AIGC, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI systems.
* Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and fundamental data modeling principles.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across diverse business and technical teams.
* This role requires full-time onsite presence in Singapore.
* Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to facilitate effective internal communication with our Chinese-speaking teams.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience within the gaming industry or a strong interest in game development workflows.
* Familiarity with AI-powered localization, content creation platforms, or advanced chatbot systems.
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
