- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a resilient and high-performing Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the Singapore market. In this "hunter-first" role, you will be the face of our AI technology, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the adoption of the Viona platform among HR leaders and business founders. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling team and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospect to partnership.
- **How You'll Make an Impact**:
- **Drive New Business Acquisition**: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized emails.
- **Own the Full Sales Cycle**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and platform demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
- **Consultative Selling**: Deeply understand the recruitment challenges faced by HR Directors and Founders, articulating how our AI solutions solve manual pain points and improve hiring efficiency.
- **Market Expansion**: Act as a key contributor to our growth strategy, consistently hitting new logo targets and helping establish Persevio as the leading AI recruitment partner in the region.
- **What You'll Bring to the Team**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated success in an outbound B2B "hunter" sales role, with a proven track record of building a pipeline from scratch.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, with the ability to move prospects from first contact to signed agreement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch complex technology to various stakeholders, from HR leads to C-suite executives.
- A resilient, self-starter mindset comfortable with high-activity outreach (30-50 activities per day) and the pace of an early-stage startup.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience selling HR Tech or SaaS platforms.
- Background in the recruitment or executive search industry, providing deep empathy for the manual challenges in the hiring workflow.
- Experience working in a high-velocity sales environment with short sales cycles (2-4 weeks).
