- **Role Overview**:
- As our Founding Product Manager, you will be the first dedicated product hire at Persevio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the bridge between a high-level vision and a world-class, shipped product. This is a true 0-to-1 opportunity where you will define the roadmap, drive the user experience, and shape the product organization from the ground up.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Translate Vision into Execution**: Partner closely with the CEO to take high-level strategic goals and turn them into concrete, prioritized product roadmaps and functional specifications.
- **Drive High-Aesthetic UX/UI**: Act as the gatekeeper for product quality and "taste." You will work with our designers to ensure every interaction on both the employer dashboard and the candidate experience is intuitive, premium, and world-class.
- **Lead the Product Development Lifecycle**: Drive the daily product development process, collaborating closely with the engineering team to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and maintain a high shipping velocity.
- **Own Product Discovery and Delivery**: From discovery and prototyping to launch and iteration, you will be hands-on in every stage, ensuring we are building the right features to drive candidate engagement and employer success.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience shipping products within a 0-to-1 or early-stage startup environment.
- High aesthetic taste and a strong "product sense," with the ability to distinguish and drive world-class UX/UI design.
- A "builder" mindset—comfortable with high ambiguity and capable of creating your own processes and documentation in a lean environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex trade-offs and prioritize features based on user empathy and business impact.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams to drive execution.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- **Recruitment Domain Expertise**: Direct experience building recruitment SaaS, HR-Tech products, or job platforms (B2B or B2C) is highly preferred.
- Experience building high-engagement B2C or consumer-tech products (e.g., fintech, social, or major consumer platforms).
- An "AI-native" approach, with curiosity or experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, v0, or prototyping tools) to speed up discovery and development.
- Previous experience as a founding PM or early hire at a high-growth technology startup.
