- **Role Overview**:
- As a Partnership & Acquisition Specialist for our brand-new strategic venture, you will be the commercial face of EYWA’s most premium offerings. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will play a pivotal role in a "0-to-1" growth phase, bridging high-touch sales, business development, and community building to drive the adoption of our signature nourishment programs.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Relationship-Led Growth**: Proactively identify and engage with individuals for our nourishment programs, conducting sophisticated, consultative outreach that aligns with our premium brand positioning.
- **Establish Institutional Partnerships**: Build and nurture referral loops with clinics, movement studios, and wellness practitioners, while opening doors to luxury corporate offices for bespoke wellness benefits.
- **Own the Customer Journey**: Act as the critical "bridge" between sales and operations, ensuring a seamless and premium post-conversion experience for all participants.
- **Build the Growth Playbook**: Work closely with leadership to refine outreach processes, using market feedback and data to adapt our strategy in a fast-evolving startup environment.
- **Community Engagement**: Represent the brand at wellness events and professional circles, fostering a long-term base of participants and institutional partners.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in high-touch sales, account management, or membership services, ideally within luxury wellness, premium hospitality, or high-end concierge sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to high-net-worth individuals and corporate stakeholders.
- A "builder" mindset—highly resilient and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage venture without extensive support structures.
- Proven track record of managing both "hunter" (new acquisition) and "farmer" (relationship retention) responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate outreach effectiveness and iterate on sales strategies.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- An existing network within Singapore’s boutique health studios, medical clinics, or luxury corporate circles.
- A personal passion for and understanding of modern nourishment, whole-food philosophies, and functional nutrition.
- Experience being an early hire or "first-on-the-ground" in a high-growth D2C or wellness startup.
