- **Role Overview**:
- As a Growth & Community Intern, you will play a pivotal role in a new strategic venture, helping to launch and amplify new product lines. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as a "Creator-Operator"—balancing high-end visual storytelling with the proactive outreach required to grow a community from the ground up. This is a 0-to-1 environment where you will help establish the brand’s long-term authority and voice.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Visual Content Creation**: Independently film and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels/TikTok style) and photography that aligns with EYWA’s "atelier" aesthetic. You will capture behind-the-scenes content at the studio and turn raw footage into polished, high-engagement assets.
- **Strategic Writing & Editorial**: Draft compelling captions, LinkedIn posts, and blog content. You will adapt the brand’s voice to resonate with busy professionals, founders, and corporate wellness buyers, maintaining a premium, high-end tone.
- **Growth & Partnership Outreach**: Actively research aligned studios, clubs, and communities. You will lead direct outreach efforts to initiate partnership conversations and coordinate activations or tasting invites.
- **Marketing Execution & Brand Experience**: Support the rollout of campaigns across email (Klaviyo), website updates, and SEO research. You will also assist during shoots and events to ensure visual details and brand consistency are maintained across all touchpoints.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Strong Visual Aesthetic**: A demonstrated ability to create premium, high-end visual content. Candidates must provide a portfolio or social media link showcasing their design eye and proof of craft.
- **Content Production Skills**: Proficient in filming and editing short-form video independently (e.g., using CapCut or similar tools).
- **Availability**: Ability to work 3–4 days per week at our Beach Road studio, with the flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events/shoots as required by the event schedule.
- **Communication**: Excellent written English skills with the ability to write in an editorial and professional tone.
- **Growth Mindset**: A proactive approach to outreach and a willingness to handle the manual tasks necessary for startup growth.
- **Right to Work**: Must have a valid right to work in Singapore.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Interest in or prior exposure to the premium wellness and nutrition industry.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or Notion.
- Experience building a small brand, personal project, or curated social media page.
