- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for high-potential Product Managers to serve as the critical bridge between our strategic vision and technical execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a dedicated squad of engineers and designers to drive product excellence.
- You will have the opportunity to own a significant part of the Notion experience—whether focusing on the stability and optimization of our core platform or spearheading the discovery and launch of entirely new modules.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Own the Roadmap:** Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for your functional area, from initial discovery and requirement gathering to sprint execution and post-launch optimization.
- **Bridge Vision and Engineering:** Translate high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable technical specifications. You will collaborate deeply with engineers to navigate system constraints and data models, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- **Drive Data-Informed Discovery:** Conduct rigorous customer research and data analysis to validate assumptions. You will be expected to use evidence to prioritize features and, when necessary, provide constructive pushback on the roadmap to ensure we are building the right things.
- **Facilitate Cross-Functional Execution:** Act as the primary point of alignment for your squad, ensuring clear direction, managing dependencies, and maintaining a high velocity of delivery in 2–4 week cycles.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management, specifically within a B2B SaaS or complex software environment.
- Proven track record of shipping end-to-end features and managing the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong technical fluency and "systems thinking" ability—you are comfortable discussing API logic, data schemas, and technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the "why" behind product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Experience working on productivity tools, collaborative workspaces, or platforms with block-based architectures.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment where you have balanced feature innovation with platform stability.
- Strong background in data-driven product discovery and user research.
