- **Role Overview**:
- Supporting the Community team, this role is the face of the JustCo center. You will focus on delivering exceptional service to our members and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our co-working space.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to JustCo members, visitors, guests.
- Respond to customer service-related queries and requests from clients, visitors, or guests over various channels (e.g., at the center front desk, via emails or calls).
- Assist with JustCo members' move-in and move-out experiences (e.g., setting up a studio, handling necessary studio reinstatement works).
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the JustCo center to ensure a satisfied staying and working experience at JustCo co-working spaces.
- Follow internal SOPs to complete related administrative work.
- Assist with member events and JustCo initiatives within the center.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Friendly, cheerful, and energetic demeanor with a strong service mindset.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
