**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of the JustCo community, serving as the primary point of contact for our members and guests. This role is a unique hybrid of high-end hospitality and corporate operations, offering the rare opportunity to utilize your service expertise within a professional Monday-to-Friday office schedule. You will play a vital role in maintaining our high service standards, managing logistics, and ensuring our facilities are always ready to support our members' success.

**How You'll Make an Impact**:
* **Deliver Exceptional Member Experiences:** Act as the primary ambassador at the front desk, providing warm, professional greetings and resolving member queries across multiple channels with efficiency and poise.
* **Optimize Centre Operations:** Manage day-to-day logistics, including the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing delivery packages to ensure a smooth experience for our members.
* **Facilitate Seamless Transitions:** Lead the "move-in and move-out" journey by coordinating the physical setup and reinstatement of studio spaces, ensuring they meet JustCo’s premium standards for new and existing members.
* **Provide Essential Administrative Support:** Execute routine administrative tasks and financial documentation, such as basic invoicing, in accordance with internal standards to ensure operational excellence.
* **Engage the Community:** Assist in the coordination and execution of member events and brand initiatives to foster a collaborative and energetic atmosphere within the centre.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience in hospitality, front-line service, or a premium retail/F&B environment.
* Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required to effectively manage polished business correspondence and resolve complex member inquiries.
* Operational and Physical Readiness: This role requires the ability to handle delivery packages and perform manual tasks related to the physical setup and reinstatement of studio furniture and equipment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) for daily administrative operations.
* A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a co-working environment or guest relations in a premium hotel setting.
* Experience handling basic financial administration or invoicing processes.
