- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a dedicated and execution-focused Product Manager to drive the development of our core operational platform. This is a hands-on, lead individual contributor role where you will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and internal operational efficiency.
- You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from deep-dive requirement gathering to rigorous feature acceptance—ensuring our internal tools deliver measurable productivity gains before we package them for a wider market launch.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Product Delivery & Rigor:** Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle. You will be deeply involved in the details, writing comprehensive PRDs, managing project workflows in Jira, and personally signing off on UAT and bug fixes to ensure high-quality releases.
- **Optimize Internal Operations:** Partner closely with internal data center operations teams to identify friction points. Design and ship features specifically aimed at driving operational efficiency and reducing task completion time.
- **Bridge Technical & Commercial Spheres:** Collaborate with engineering squads to translate technical milestones into clear product roadmaps. Develop product messaging and content to prepare internal tools for future commercialization.
- **Lead Cross-Functional Project Squads:** Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, data science, and operational stakeholders, driving a shared vision and ensuring timely feature delivery.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager within the Enterprise Software or B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record of shipping complex products from conception to launch, with high proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies (e.g., writing PRDs, managing UAT).
- Experience building internal tools or efficiency-driven products where success is measured by operational gains and user productivity.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment, balancing legacy platform optimization with new initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Domain expertise in Energy Management Systems (EMS), Data Center Operations, or Building Automation/Controls.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in industrial IoT or smart-grid technology environments.
