## Role Overview
We're seeking an SEO Specialist with strong business development skills to join our Business Development team in Singapore. This newly created position represents OSL's first role fully dedicated to SEO, highlighting our commitment to improving digital visibility in the strategic Singapore market. You'll bridge technical SEO knowledge with business development expertise, focusing primarily on off-page SEO strategies to improve OSL's visibility and competitiveness in Singapore.

## Job Scope

### Build high-quality backlinks (60% of time)
- Research and identify Singapore-specific link-building opportunities
- Analyze competitors' backlink profiles to identify gaps and opportunities
- Conduct outreach to potential partners for backlink opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players
- Create and execute partnership strategies that result in valuable backlinks

### Manage external citations (30% of time)
- Audit and optimize OSL's presence on key industry platforms like CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko
- Ensure consistent company information across all external citations
- Identify and secure listings on Singapore-specific directories and platforms

### Cross-team collaboration (10% of time)
- Coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to align SEO initiatives
- Provide regular performance reports and SEO recommendations
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align strategies

## Requirements

### Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SEO, particularly off-page SEO and link-building
- 1+ years of experience in business development or partnership management in Singapore
- Proven track record of securing high-quality backlinks from reputable websites
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Majestic
- Good understanding of the cryptocurrency/finance industry in Singapore
- Experience managing listings on online directories or platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Must be based in Singapore (hybrid work arrangement)
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Singapore citizen or PR preferred; open to EP holders with relevant experience

### Preferred Requirements
- Demonstrated success in improving domain authority metrics
- Experience with SEO in the cryptocurrency or finance sectors
- Portfolio of successful link-building campaigns in Singapore
- Experience with cryptocurrency industry platforms
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages common in Singapore
