- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to take full ownership of a new product module from 0 to 1. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will act as the "CEO of Design" for your projects, leading the entire lifecycle from field research and user discovery to high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff. This is a role for a logical thinker who thrives on technical complexity and high autonomy.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead End-to-End User Discovery:** Independently conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to uncover deep insights within complex industrial environments.
- **Define Product Logic & UX:** Translate technical requirements and user needs into clear logic flows, information architectures, and wireframes that simplify data-heavy workflows.
- **Execute High-Fidelity UI:** Design polished, functional, and scalable interfaces and prototypes, ensuring they meet the high standards required for enterprise-grade tools.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner daily with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure design feasibility, maintain quality through the QA process, and drive product excellence.
- **Build for Scale:** Contribute to and iterate on our design foundations, ensuring consistency and efficiency as we launch new products and modules.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer within a complex B2B Enterprise, Industrial, or Technical SaaS environment (e.g., logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing tech).
- Proven ability to lead the full design lifecycle, with specific expertise in conducting autonomous user discovery and research.
- A portfolio showcasing evidence of designing complex data dashboards, operational workflows, or technical industrial tools.
- Proficiency in the full design stack, from mapping logical flows and UX wireframing to high-fidelity UI prototyping.
- A "builder" mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage projects independently without a dedicated research team.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Domain knowledge in industrial sectors like manufacturing, logistics, or operational technology.
- Experience contributing to or scaling design systems in a growing product environment.
- Strong experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical handoffs.
