- **Role Overview**:
- As the Head of Acquisition & Growth, you will be the strategic owner of our growth engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a senior team of functional leaders to scale our user base across multiple channels.
- This is a "leader of leaders" role where you will balance data-driven performance marketing with relationship-led partnership strategies to drive the next phase of our expansion in a high-velocity, B2C environment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Architect the Growth Strategy**: Own and evolve the comprehensive user acquisition roadmap, focusing on high-volume B2C growth and sustainable market expansion.
- **Lead a High-Performing Leadership Team**: Manage and mentor a team of senior direct reports, ensuring strategic alignment across Paid Performance, Partnerships, and Community functions.
- **Optimize Multi-Channel Engines**: Oversee and optimize acquisition budgets across diverse channels, including Paid Performance and large-scale creator/affiliate networks, to ensure a balanced and efficient CAC.
- **Drive Product Lifecycle Strategy**: Tailor acquisition tactics to product maturity—driving profitability for established lines while maximizing transaction value and volume for new product launches.
- **Foster Data-Driven Innovation**: Cultivate a culture of rigorous experimentation, using deep analytics to optimize funnel conversion and troubleshoot cross-channel performance in a remote environment.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated success in scaling high-volume B2C consumer platforms (e.g., e-commerce, fintech, or travel) to significant monthly signup volumes.
- Extensive experience in senior people leadership, with a proven track record of managing senior-level direct reports (AVP/Director level).
- Expertise in managing multi-channel growth engines simultaneously, specifically both Paid Performance and Partnership-led (Creators, Affiliates, or Community) strategies.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, including local behavior and the digital creator landscape, which is essential for effectively driving growth in this core market.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve profitability and conversion.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Experience leading growth functions within a fully remote, distributed leadership structure.
- Prior experience in high-velocity sectors such as mobile gaming, digital assets, or regional tech unicorns.
- Demonstrated maturity in managing large-scale marketing budgets with high accountability.
