- **Role Overview**:
- As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the primary bridge between our leadership in Singapore and our engineering team in Thailand. You will own the merchant-facing product suite, focusing on building world-class onboarding experiences, KYC workflows, and reporting tools. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to shape the core merchant experience of our platform.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Merchant-Facing Innovation:** Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant features, including automated onboarding, KYC/AML integration, and intuitive reporting dashboards.
- **Technical Specification & Delivery:** Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, API documentation, and user stories for the development team.
- **Cross-Border Collaboration:** Act as the essential link between Singapore-based stakeholders and the Thailand engineering team, facilitating daily ceremonies and ensuring alignment on delivery momentum.
- **Strategic Roadmap Alignment:** Partner closely with the CEO to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the roadmap addresses market needs and technical scalability.
- **Quality & Execution:** Oversee the progress of development sprints, resolve technical blockers, and ensure that every release meets our high standards for reliability and user experience.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Product Management, specifically within the payments or fintech domain.
- Proven track record of shipping merchant-facing products, such as payment gateways, merchant portals, or financial reporting tools.
- **Language Proficiency (Genuine Occupational Requirement):** Proficiency in Business Thai is required to effectively lead technical ceremonies, manage documentation, and collaborate daily with our engineering team in Thailand.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand API sequence diagrams, system architecture, and technical workflows.
- Experience working in an agile environment, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset and the ability to manage products independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interface effectively with leadership and Singapore-based stakeholders.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Experience managing complex KYC/AML or regulatory-heavy workflows.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment where speed and ownership are critical.
- Immediate or short-notice availability.
