- **Role Overview**:
- As a Product Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in the heartbeat of our airport operations. You will ensure that duty-free orders are accurately prepared and delivered to departure gates across the terminals just in time for travelers' flights. This is a highly active, hands-on role perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving logistics environment and enjoy being on the move.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Fulfillment & Gate Delivery**: Efficiently pick and pack orders for iShopChangi and personally deliver duty-free purchases to departure gate holding rooms, ensuring all items arrive before gate closure.
- **Inventory Management**: Receive incoming stocks and deliveries, assist with stock transfers or returns, and ensure all documentation relating to inventory movements is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Maintain optimal stock levels at our retail outlets by assisting with the replenishment of display items and managing back-end storage efficiently.
- **Operational Compliance**: Adhere to airport security protocols and customs regulations during all stock movements and deliveries to maintain high standards of operational integrity.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Security Clearance**: As this role is based airside, candidates must be eligible for a Changi Airport Seasonal Pass, which requires a clean background check in accordance with airport security regulations.
- **Physical Stamina**: This role requires the ability to walk long distances across terminals and safely lift and move stock/carton boxes weighing up to 20kg.
- **Shift Flexibility**: Ability to work a 5-day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays) with 9.5-hour shifts scheduled between 05:00 and 02:30.
- **Communication**: Proficiency in English is required to accurately maintain inventory documentation and communicate with the team.
- **Reliability**: A high degree of punctuality and the ability to work effectively under time-sensitive "gate run" pressures.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail stockrooms, or airport logistics.
- Familiarity with Customs compliance for Liquor & Tobacco products.
