- As a Butcher, you will be a key member of the meat department, consistently delivering high-quality products and service. - **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Meat Processing:** Utilize various equipment to process meat from primal cuts into various retail-ready products.
- **Presentation:** Plate and present finished meat products with a high level of skill and meticulous attention to detail.
- **Operational Support:** Monitor the sales floor for replenishment needs and assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure product quality.
- **Customer Engagement:** Craft compelling product descriptions to enhance customer understanding and engagement; provide expert recommendations to customers on the sales floor.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with meat department colleagues to coordinate tasks, optimize productivity, and maintain a well-stocked environment.
