- We are seeking a dedicated and resilient **Personal Assistant** to provide high-level lifestyle and administrative support to our Principal. Based primarily in Sentosa, this role is essential for ensuring the seamless daily coordination of the Principal’s personal and professional commitments. - **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Comprehensive Lifestyle Support:** Manage the Principal’s daily schedule, including coordinating medical appointments, lifestyle bookings, and personal engagements with high precision.
- **Logistics & Errands Management:** Oversee and execute various personal errands and shopping requirements across Singapore, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Bilingual Communication & Coordination:** Act as a key point of contact for the Principal, managing communication (primarily via digital messaging) and providing informal verbal and written translation between English and Mandarin.
- **Travel Coordination:** Assist with travel planning and accompany the Principal on business trips (typically 3–5 days) as required to provide dedicated on-site support.
- **Administrative Assistance:** Manage light office duties, including expense filing and basic document preparation, to support the Principal's administrative requirements.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Support, or high-touch service role (e.g., premium hospitality or guest relations).
- **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate and provide real-time translation for the Mandarin-speaking Principal.
- **Responsiveness:** Ability to monitor and respond to communications outside of standard office hours and on weekends to ensure seamless support for the Principal's lifestyle needs.
- **Instruction-Oriented:** A strong ability to follow specific instructions accurately and reliably.
- **Discretion & Resilience:** Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality while maintaining a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor under pressure.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Prior experience supporting high-profile individuals in a private or family office capacity.
