- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Full commitment to working on Weekends and Public Holidays, aligned with standard retail operating hours.
- Ability to commit to a permanent, full-time work arrangement.
- Prior leadership experience in a retail environment is mandatory for those applying for Supervisor or Managerial positions (Store-in-Charge/Operations).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, onsite environment that requires standing for extended periods and handling merchandise.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively manage bilingual product ranges and provide high-quality service in a multilingual retail setting.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in books, stationery, or educational products.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail administrative processes.
