- **Role Overview**:
- This role sits at the heart of how the company invests in talent. As our Compensation & Incentives Specialist, you will act as a creative analytical engine, shaping how pay and performance translate into sustainable business growth. You will work closely with Finance and leadership to design and simulate reward structures that balance talent attraction, performance outcomes, and cost control in a fast-moving, global fintech environment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Incentive & Variable Pay Design**: Design, administer, and optimize complex variable pay programs across diverse departments including Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations. Build sophisticated simulations to evaluate affordability, ROI, and behavioral impact.
- **Manage Compensation Frameworks**: Refine job architecture, role leveling, and salary band structures across regions. Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments with rigorous cost modeling and budget discipline.
- **Provide Strategic Analytics**: Deliver data-driven insights and financial models to support hiring offers, internal moves, and reward decisions. Monitor internal equity and market competitiveness to ensure our compensation remains defensible and sustainable.
- **Strengthen Governance & Operations**: Establish and document robust governance controls for reward programs. Identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency as the organization continues its rapid global expansion.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a highly analytical commercial finance role.
- Proven track record in hands-on incentive design, commission modeling, or bonus scheme development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to build complex, multi-variable financial models and simulations from scratch.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into creative policy solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with senior leadership and Finance stakeholders.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional populations, specifically within APAC.
- Prior experience in FinTech, brokerage, or high-growth technology environments.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) for data visualization and reporting.
