- **Role Overview**:
- As a Retail Advisor, you are the face of Mister Mobile. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will build trust with customers by providing transparent device diagnostics, recommending tailored solutions, and driving shared store success.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs, providing professional and friendly service that upholds our market-leading reputation.
- **Technical Diagnostics & Consultation**: Perform basic hardware and software diagnostics for mobile devices and clearly explain repair requirements, costs, and timelines to customers.
- **Drive Shared Sales Success**: Recommend suitable products, trade-ins, and services to meet customer needs, contributing to collective store-wide targets and service excellence.
- **Manage Retail Operations**: Handle daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory management (receiving and organizing goods), and ensuring product displays are maintained to a high standard.
- **Ensure After-Sales Excellence**: Provide reliable after-sales support and professionally resolve customer inquiries or repair-related concerns to maintain high satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate technical repair details and complex product specifications to our specific bilingual customer base.
- **Service Excellence**: A professional, cheerful, and patient attitude with a genuine desire to go the extra mile for customers.
- **Technical Aptitude**: A strong interest in mobile technology and the ability to learn basic device troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- **Operational Flexibility**: Full commitment to a rostered schedule (5 off-days per month), including the ability to work on weekends and Public Holidays, and a willingness to be deployed to different store locations across Singapore as needed.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in retail sales or the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with mobile phone specifications, trade-in processes, or repair intake.
- A stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
