- We are seeking energetic Retail Associates for a high-intensity, two-month contract at Changi Airport. As the face of Lotte Duty Free, you will act as a brand ambassador, greeting international travelers and driving sales through expert product advice. - **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver a Premium Customer Experience**: Greet international travelers and provide personalized product recommendations through "suggestive selling" to enhance their shopping journey.
- **Master Retail Operations**: Accurately manage Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions, including the handling of multiple foreign currencies, refunds, and exchanges with speed and precision.
- **Ensure Operational Excellence**: Adhere to strict airport security protocols while maintaining store presentation and inventory standards across our terminal locations.
- **Navigate High-Volume Surges**: Effectively manage busy peak periods, providing calm and professional service to customers from diverse backgrounds.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Full Commitment**: Ability to commit to the full two-month contract duration, including a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts).
- **Communication**: Proficiency in conversational English is required to effectively assist and negotiate with our diverse global customer base.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Must be able to clear mandatory security checks required for a Changi Airport Pass; a clean criminal record is essential for this security clearance.
- **Legal Age Requirement**: Candidates must meet the minimum legal age requirement to facilitate the sale of regulated products (Liquor and Tobacco).
- **Operational Reliability**: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in transactional tasks and 100% attendance throughout the contract period.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in high-volume retail or Food & Beverage (F&B) environments.
- A fast learner with the ability to transition quickly from training to independent floor operations.
