- We are seeking an expert Senior Mobile Technician to serve as a technical anchor within our workshop. This is a role for a true specialist who thrives on solving complex hardware puzzles. You will go far beyond basic parts replacement, handling high-precision motherboard repairs and logic board reconstruction on the latest flagship devices.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Advanced Motherboard Repair:** Perform complex board-level diagnostics and repairs, including IC desoldering and chip replacement (Power, Charging, Audio, WiFi) to resolve critical hardware failures.
- **High-Precision Microsoldering:** Execute intricate microsoldering tasks such as jumper wires and flying wires under a microscope with high accuracy.
- **Logic Board Reconstruction:** Lead advanced procedures including CPU reballing, BGA reballing, and layered board work on modern smartphone architectures.
- **Complex Diagnosis:** Utilize schematic software (e.g., ZXW, JC Drawing, Pad Finder) to troubleshoot signal issues, water damage, and intricate circuitry problems.
- **Quality & Performance:** Maintain a high standard of repair integrity while managing a consistent volume of 30+ motherboard repairs per month in a dynamic retail environment.
- **Technical Mentorship:** Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing informal guidance to junior technicians to ensure a high standard of quality across the team.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of proven experience in advanced board-level motherboard repairs (IC and chip-level work).
- High proficiency with professional repair tools, including hot air guns, microscopes, and microsoldering equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle advanced repairs such as CPU reballing or layered board bonding (iPhone X and newer).
- Proficient in using schematic software for hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Experience in successfully repairing complex water damage cases.
- **Language Proficiency:** Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with the existing technical team where Mandarin is the primary working language.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Deep experience with modern flagship models (e.g., iPhone 14, 15, 16 and flagship Android devices).
- Technical breadth across both iOS and Android hardware ecosystems.
- Additional expertise in Face ID repair, glass cutting, or MacBook repair is a significant advantage.
