**Role Overview**
As our first HR Director, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and a foundational member of the leadership team. This is a rare "founding" role where you will architect the entire people function from the ground up. You will transition Persevio from a "scrappy" early-stage team of 10 to a global, remote-first organization of 50+ across five countries. This role is designed for a seasoned operator who finds joy in the "messy middle"—equally comfortable designing a global people strategy as they are implementing local payroll systems.

**How You'll Make an Impact**
* **Build the Infrastructure:** You will design and implement all foundational HR systems, policies, and processes from scratch, ensuring they are scalable for a distributed, global workforce.
* **Drive Global Expansion:** You will lead the setup of compliant employment structures, legal entities, or EOR frameworks across Singapore, the UK, Australia, Thailand, and future markets.
* **Scale the Talent Engine:** You will spearhead our recruitment strategy to grow the team five-fold, developing creative employer branding and attraction strategies to win top talent for an emerging brand.
* **People Technology Leadership:** You will select and implement our first HRIS and people tech stack to streamline operations and enhance the remote employee experience.
* **Strategic Advisory:** Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing expertise on organizational design, culture, and regional growth.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience (typically 15-20 years) in HR leadership, with a significant portion spent in the high-growth tech startup ecosystem.
* **The "Builder" Track Record:** Proven experience standing up an HR function from zero. You must have experience creating policies and systems where none previously existed.
* **Global Operations Expertise:** Demonstrated success in managing HR operations and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions (e.g., APAC and EMEA).
* **Regulatory Knowledge:** Deep expertise in Singapore employment law and regulatory compliance is required for this Singapore-based leadership role.
* **Hands-on Leadership:** A high-ownership mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between executive-level strategy and tactical execution.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience in the AI or recruitment technology industry.
* Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is required to effectively facilitate internal communication and collaboration within our multi-market regional team.
* Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition for early-stage companies.
