- **Role Overview**:
- Join us as a Lead - Talent Acquisition in a critical "player-coach" capacity. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of regional recruitment excellence by leading and coaching a distributed team of recruiters while personally managing specialized, senior-level requisitions. Reporting to global leadership, you will be a key architect in scaling our regional function and optimizing our 100% self-sourcing recruitment engine during a period of 56% annual headcount growth.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead and Elevate a Regional Team**: Manage, coach, and optimize the performance of a distributed team of recruiters across different markets, ensuring the team meets aggressive scaling targets while maintaining high quality-of-hire standards.
- **Own Specialized Executive Searches**: Personally lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialized corporate roles, acting as a high-level individual contributor for critical business functions.
- **Drive Data-Driven Process Improvement**: Utilize recruitment analytics and reporting to identify funnel gaps, improve system efficiencies, and provide actionable market intelligence to stakeholders.
- **Strategic Business Partnering**: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies and talent landscapes to support long-term business objectives.
- **Champion the "VT Markets Way"**: Embed our core values of results orientation and collaboration into the regional recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and high-caliber candidate experience.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle 360 recruitment, with a proven track record of owning the entire process from sourcing to offer closure.
- Proven experience in people management, including a background in coaching, performance management, and the professional development of a recruiting team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- A consultative approach to stakeholder management, with the ability to influence leadership through market insights and data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment that values onsite collaboration and high accountability.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in the CFD/FX brokerage or broader fintech industry.
- Experience managing regionally distributed or cross-cultural recruitment teams.
- Background in a hypergrowth or startup environment where a 100% self-sourcing model is utilized.
