- **Role Overview**:
- Join our Singapore team as an Infrastructure Lead, where you will oversee the stability and performance of a large-scale IT environment supporting approximately 20,000 users. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a dedicated team of four and serve as the critical regional escalation point, ensuring operational excellence across our APAC footprint.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Infrastructure Operations**: Oversee and maintain the integrity of Singapore's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and endpoints, ensuring high availability and performance for a large user base.
- **Team Leadership & Mentorship**: Manage and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
- **Regional Escalation Point**: Serve as the primary technical lead for complex infrastructure issues across the APAC region, coordinating with local country teams to ensure swift resolution and high service standards.
- **Compliance & Process Governance**: Uphold and enforce rigorous service management and information security standards, specifically aligned with ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 frameworks.
- **Stakeholder & Vendor Management**: Partner with senior leadership and external service providers to optimize service delivery, manage operational budgets, and implement continuous process improvements.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in IT infrastructure operations, with a proven track record of personally troubleshooting complex issues across networks, servers, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of a technical operations team.
- Experience operating within a large-scale Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment, with the maturity to handle regional coordination and headquarters-level support.
- Strong familiarity and practical experience with ITIL and ISO compliance frameworks (ISO 20000/27000).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and regional partners.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft/Cloud infrastructure, or Networking).
- Experience in vendor management and tracking departmental budgets.
- Prior experience leading infrastructure stability through periods of organizational transition or growth.
