As the technical face of Makino, you will bridge the gap between high-precision machining and customer-focused problem-solving. - **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Master Precision Technology:** Undergo intensive training to operate and program Makino’s advanced 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, ensuring adherence to rigorous aerospace-grade quality standards.
- **Drive Technical Demonstrations:** Prepare and execute high-precision sample machining and live product demonstrations to showcase machine capabilities to potential customers.
- **Deliver Technical Support & Training:** Provide first-line technical assistance and conduct training sessions for customers, translating complex technical processes into actionable insights.
- **Support Regional Operations:** Provide on-site technical assistance at customer locations within the region to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving (demonstrated through workshop experience or technical projects).
- Proficiency in English to effectively manage technical documentation and conduct training for a diverse customer base.
- Willingness to travel regionally to provide essential on-site support to our customers and partners.
- A meticulous mindset with an uncompromising commitment to precision and quality.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in CNC machining or a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of G-code/M-code and machining safety protocols.
- Confident communication skills with an interest in customer-facing roles.
