- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for two high-performance Business Development Managers to join our established team in Peru. In this expansion role, you will be responsible for accelerating our market footprint by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new Introducing Brokers (IBs). This is a high-intensity, results-driven position designed for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving clear, ambitious commercial targets.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Partner Acquisition**: Proactively identify and convert new high-potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) to expand our network in the Peru market.
- **Drive Commercial Growth**: Take full ownership of your pipeline to achieve monthly net deposit targets, contributing directly to the company's regional revenue goals.
- **Relationship Management**: Provide expert support to newly onboarded partners, ensuring they are fully equipped with our product knowledge and tools to succeed.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the CFD space to effectively position VT Markets as the partner of choice.
- **Remote Collaboration**: Operate with high autonomy in a remote setup, maintaining consistent communication with global leadership to report on performance and market insights.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Industry Expertise**: At least 2 years of professional experience within the CFD (Contract for Difference) brokerage industry. A deep understanding of CFD product mechanics, IB rebate structures, and the brokerage ecosystem is essential.
- **Sales Track Record**: Demonstrated success in a B2B sales or "hunter" role, with a proven ability to source and close new business independently.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required to effectively negotiate and build relationships with partners in the Peru market. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal reporting and coordination with our global management team.
- **Work Arrangement**: Must be based in a LATAM country and available to work during Peru’s standard business hours.
- **Self-Discipline**: Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales workflows and playbooks.
- An existing network within the financial services or trading community in Peru.
- Proficiency in preparing data-driven performance reports and presentations.
