- **Role Overview**:
- As a Sales Engineer, you will be the primary face of Hiwin for our industrial and manufacturing clients. You will manage the full B2B sales lifecycle, delivering technical automation solutions and building high-trust relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on end-to-end ownership and enjoys navigating the complexities of technical sales and global supply chain coordination.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive the Sales Lifecycle**: Manage the complete B2B sales process for industrial automation components, from identifying customer needs and technical consultation to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- **Cultivate High-Touch Relationships**: Serve as a dedicated partner to industrial clients, building long-term trust and ensuring their operational requirements are met with composure and professionalism.
- **Collaborate on Technical Solutions**: Partner with our local Application Engineering team to provide customers with precise solution specifications, life calculations, and CAD support.
- **Coordinate Global Logistics**: Interface directly with our headquarters in Taiwan to manage pricing approvals, lead times, and inventory, ensuring customer expectations are managed transparently and effectively.
- **Own Problem Resolution**: Take personal responsibility for customer challenges, collaborating closely with internal Inside Sales and Production teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
- **Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required** to effectively communicate technical specifications, negotiate pricing, and coordinate lead times with our headquarters in Taiwan.
- A strong sense of ownership and the resilience to manage complex customer projects from initiation through to resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional composure when managing client expectations.
- A "builder" mindset—comfortable working independently within a structured, hierarchical corporate environment.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Prior experience in the motion control, robotics, or industrial automation sectors.
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License is beneficial for conducting site visits.
