- **Role Overview**:
- Join VT Markets as a Business Development professional and drive our commercial expansion in the Philippines. This is a dedicated "hunter" role where your primary mission is to identify, acquire, and manage a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and institutional clients. You will play a high-impact role in driving trading volume and net deposits within a successful regional team.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Expansion:** Proactively identify and acquire new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and institutional clients within the Philippines market to increase trading volume and market share.
- **Build and Manage Partnerships:** Establish and maintain a consistent pipeline of active partners, providing them with the professional support and insights needed to thrive on the VT Markets platform.
- **Execute High-Performance Sales Strategies:** Leverage industry expertise to effectively communicate VT Markets' value proposition—including spreads, technology, and platform support—to attract partners in a competitive landscape.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate closely with global support functions, including Compliance, Marketing, and Onboarding, to ensure a seamless and professional experience for your clients and partners.
- **Deliver Measurable Results:** Meet and exceed performance targets and net deposit baselines, contributing directly to the company’s strategic growth goals.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development or Sales specifically within the CFD (Contract for Difference) brokerage industry.
- A proven track record in new business acquisition, including cold prospecting and partner onboarding.
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog is required to effectively communicate and negotiate with partners and clients within the Philippines market.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet performance objectives.
- Flexibility to work either fully remote from the Philippines or on-site at our regional hub in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- An established and portable network of active Introducing Brokers (IBs) or institutional clients.
- Demonstrated history of achieving high-volume net deposits in a brokerage environment.
- Prior experience in a Team Lead or leadership capacity.
