- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a proactive and industry-savvy Client Relationship Executive to drive our market expansion within the Vietnamese trading community. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with Introducing Brokers (IBs) through strategic social media outreach. You will play a pivotal role in building VT Markets' presence in one of our fastest-growing markets, moving beyond established operations to capture new, untapped segments.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Market Expansion**: Proactively identify and engage with potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the Vietnamese market through social media platforms and digital channels.
- **Relationship Management & Conversion**: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with sophisticated partners, effectively pitching VT Markets’ value proposition to convert prospects into active partners.
- **Industry Expert Representation**: Act as a credible subject matter expert on CFD and Forex products, using deep market knowledge to build trust and authority with potential partners.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate effectively with internal Operations and Compliance teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and support for new partners.
- **Pipeline Development**: Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial cold outreach and lead generation to active conversion and revenue growth.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or professional-level fluency in Vietnamese is required to effectively negotiate and build rapport with our partners in the Vietnamese market. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal coordination and documentation.
- **Industry Expertise**: Demonstrated experience within the CFD, Forex, or trading-related financial services industry. A solid understanding of leveraged trading products, pips, and commission models is essential.
- **Sales & Outreach Skills**: Proven ability to conduct proactive outbound outreach, particularly using social media as a professional engagement tool.
- **Independence & Drive**: A self-motivated "builder" mindset with the ability to manage an outreach funnel independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience specifically in Introducing Broker (IB) acquisition or partnership management.
- An existing professional network within the Vietnamese trading community.
- Experience working within a CFD brokerage environment.
