* **Key Responsibilities**:
* **Develop and Execute Test Solutions:** Design and implement probe test solutions for semiconductor devices to ensure they meet strict design specifications and quality standards.
* **Data Analysis and Troubleshooting:** Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and independently resolve yield and quality issues.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve test-related challenges and optimize performance.
* **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare detailed test reports and present technical findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
* **Hardware Maintenance:** Oversee the upkeep and alignment of probe cards, test fixtures, and other essential test hardware.
* **Requirements**:
* **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in wafer-level probe engineering (including parametric and functional sort).
* Demonstrated ability to perform data debug and troubleshooting to resolve yield excursions.
* Proficiency in Python scripting for modifying test programs and automating data analysis.
* Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate and communicate technical reports with our Mandarin-speaking partners in our China-based fabrication facility.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
* Experience with FormFactor probe stations or major platforms (Keysight, Advantest, Teradyne).
* Direct domain expertise in MEMS sensors and ASIC.
