- **Role Overview**:
- As the Manager of Programs & Promotions, you will lead the evolution of our promotional and lifecycle marketing engine. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of strategic growth and operational execution. Your core objective is to move our promotions function from tactical, ad-hoc activities to a scalable, always-on program ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes, specifically net deposits, trading activity, and new user activation.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Program Transformation**: Evolve the promotions function into a cohesive, scalable ecosystem, moving away from fragmented campaigns toward a structured lifecycle program (from acquisition through to loyalty).
- **Design High-Impact Mechanics**: Personally architect commercially sharp promotional mechanics, such as trading competitions, rebates, and deposit bonuses, that align with trader psychology and deliver clear ROI.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Manage and upskill a team of campaign specialists, moving them from operational execution to higher-order campaign support and strategic alignment.
- **Drive Cross-Functional Alignment**: Act as the central node between Product, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure speed-to-market while navigating complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements for financial promotions.
- **Optimize Market Performance**: Identify market-specific hooks and USPs for established and emerging markets, using data-driven insights to iterate on mechanics and improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing or promotions within the CFD, brokerage, or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of personally designing and delivering end-to-end promotional campaigns that successfully moved business metrics (e.g., net deposits, trading volume).
- Professional proficiency in English for global internal and external coordination.
- Proficiency in written Mandarin (reading and writing) is required to effectively manage professional coordination and reporting with our stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.
- A hands-on, "builder" mindset—comfortable designing strategy while personally overseeing the heavy lifting of execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and act on performance data.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience managing and mentoring a small, high-volume operations or marketing team.
- Experience localizing and launching campaigns across diverse global markets.
- Familiarity with the commercial and regulatory nuances of deposit-driven industries (e.g., brokerage, iGaming, or digital wallets).
