- **Role Overview**:
- As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion, serving as the operational heartbeat of our Singapore Headquarters and a critical coordination link for our Regional Marketing teams across Europe and Latin America. This is a unique opportunity for an agile HR professional to gain multi-country exposure and help build a world-class Center of Excellence from the ground up.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Local Operational Excellence**: Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Singapore HQ, ensuring seamless execution of onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to deliver a premium employee experience.
- **Facilitate Regional Coordination**: Act as a bridge between global people strategies and regional execution, coordinating HR activities for marketing teams across multiple time zones (including EU and Latam) to ensure organizational alignment.
- **Partner with Stakeholders**: Build credible relationships with cross-border hiring managers and regional teams, providing responsive and proactive HR support in a fast-paced environment.
- **Support HR Transformation**: Assist in the transition of the HR function into a strategic Center of Excellence by executing people initiatives and maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational compliance.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience (ideally 2-3 years) in HR operations or a generalist capacity, with a strong grasp of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in English and conversational Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with regional leadership and support stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments—you are a proactive "doer" who anticipates needs and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks across different geographies and time zones.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively from our Singapore office five days a week.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or a hypergrowth startup environment.
- Exposure to multi-country or regional HR coordination.
