- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Team Lead to anchor and scale our operations in Mexico. As a "player-coach," you will be the senior business development presence in the region, responsible for driving immediate revenue through your own established network while professionalizing and growing our local team of Business Development Managers. This role offers significant autonomy to build the Mexico operation in your image within a fast-paced global leader.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Regional Revenue Growth**: Leverage an established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates to activate high-value partnerships and generate immediate net deposits and revenue.
- **Lead and Mentor the Local Team**: Transition the existing team into a high-performance unit by establishing clear KPIs, providing hands-on coaching, and instilling a results-oriented culture.
- **Scale the Mexico Footprint**: Partner with the talent acquisition team to source, interview, and onboard new high-performing Business Development Managers to expand the company's local market share.
- **Exercise Autonomous Leadership**: Act as the senior voice for the Mexico operation, making independent strategic decisions and managing local office dynamics while collaborating with regional leadership across global time zones.
- **Optimize Partner Operations**: Oversee the technical success of partnerships by providing expert support on trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and ensuring a seamless experience for the IB/affiliate ecosystem.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in the Forex/CFD industry, including a deep technical understanding of CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and the specific IB/affiliate ecosystem.
- An established and portable network of IBs and affiliates with a proven ability to generate immediate business results.
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively manage local market operations and communicate with global leadership teams.
- Proven ability to operate with high autonomy in a remote or decentralized reporting structure, making critical decisions independently.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for performance tracking and KPI management.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a formal people management or team lead role, particularly in professionalizing a scaling sales team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
