- **Role Overview**:
- This is a career-defining opportunity to join VT Markets as one of our first two Business Development Executives in India. As a founding member of our India commercial team, you will spearhead our market entry from the ground up. This is a pure "hunter" role designed for a self-sufficient professional who thrives in a greenfield territory and is eager to build a commercial footprint from a zero base.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Entry & Acquisition:** Identify, source, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and institutional partners across the Indian market to establish a robust commercial pipeline.
- **Own the Full Sales Lifecycle:** Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial cold outreach and network activation to closing and relationship management.
- **Deliver Measurable Growth:** Achieve consistent monthly net deposit targets, proving the commercial viability of the market through a high-performing portfolio of active partners.
- **Act as a Market Specialist:** Navigate trust-building and legitimacy conversations with sophisticated partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offshore platform within the Indian regulatory context.
- **Execute Solo Remote Operations:** Manage your own strategy, time, and administrative tasks with extreme autonomy, coordinating effectively with our global headquarters in Singapore and regional hubs.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience (ideally 1–5 years) within the CFD or Forex brokerage industry. This specific industry expertise is required to navigate complex brokerage operations and deposit structures.
- Proven track record of generating net deposits through self-sourced outreach and personal network activation, rather than company-provided leads.
- Deep understanding of the Indian trading landscape and the ability to build trust with local partners and retail clients.
- Proficiency in Business English is required for effective communication and reporting to our global headquarters.
- Proficiency in Hindi is required to effectively engage, negotiate, and build long-term trust with partners across the diverse North Indian market.
- Must have the existing right to work in India and be currently based in the country.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- An existing portable network of IBs or affiliates within the Indian financial services sector.
- Prior experience successfully promoting offshore financial products in a locally regulated environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and data-driven sales tracking.
