- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our commercial expansion in the Indian market. This is a foundational, high-autonomy role designed for a "hunter" who thrives in greenfield territories. You will be responsible for establishing our presence from the ground up, acting as a strategic solo operator to build a robust book of business and establish VT Markets as a premier choice for traders in the region.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Expansion**: Lead the end-to-end business development strategy for the Indian market, identifying and capturing new opportunities in a high-growth territory.
- **Build Institutional Partnerships**: Proactively source, engage, and manage a network of high-quality Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates to scale market reach.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Execute direct outreach and community-building initiatives to acquire retail clients, providing them with professional insights into our global trading value proposition.
- **Strategic Pipeline Management**: Independently manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation to conversion and deposit growth—ensuring consistent monthly performance targets are met.
- **Market Intelligence & Advocacy**: Act as the face of VT Markets in India, navigating complex market landscapes to build trust and credibility with sophisticated traders and partners.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in the CFD/Forex brokerage industry, with a deep understanding of market mechanics and client acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of personally sourcing and generating significant net deposits through independent outreach.
- Strong experience in B2C retail client acquisition and building productive partner networks (IBs/Affiliates).
- Exceptional communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with global headquarters.
- A highly autonomous, "builder" mindset—comfortable operating as a solo remote professional without local office infrastructure.
- Must be currently residing in India with valid authorization to work locally.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- An existing portable network of IBs and affiliates within the Indian trading community.
- Experience successfully positioning offshore financial products in competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in additional Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu) to effectively engage regional sub-markets.
