- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking two dedicated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to serve as the engine of our outbound sales motion. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will focus exclusively on top-of-funnel activity—identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings to build a robust pipeline for our growing business.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive High-Volume Outbound Outreach:** Execute a consistent, high-velocity outbound motion, aiming for approximately 100 cold calls per day to engage potential clients and HR leaders.
- **Generate Qualified Pipeline:** Successfully secure qualified meetings for the sales team by effectively communicating Persevio’s value proposition and overcoming initial objections.
- **Master the Value Proposition:** Clearly articulate how Persevio’s AI-powered solutions solve critical recruitment pain points for modern employers.
- **Collaborate on Strategy:** Partner closely with the Head of Sales to refine outbound playbooks, target lists, and messaging based on real-time market feedback.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated professional sales experience, with a proven understanding of the prospecting and outreach lifecycle.
- Proven resilience and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to maintain high energy and activity levels in a demanding outbound environment.
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence, with the ability to earn attention and build rapport quickly.
- A results-oriented drive, motivated by hitting targets and contributing to the revenue growth of a scaling organization.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales.
- Prior experience selling into HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition personas.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or a similar fast-paced environment where autonomy is key.
