- **Role Overview**:
- As the Talent Strategy Lead reporting to the Organizational Development Manager, you will be the architect and owner of VT Markets' enterprise talent intelligence infrastructure and capability development strategy. Based in Kuala Lumpur with global impact across 7 regions, you will design, implement, and scale the frameworks that define how talent is structured, assessed, developed, and mobilized across the organization.
- Partnering directly with business leaders and HRBPs, you will build the foundational talent systems that enable VT Markets to identify capability gaps, accelerate development, and translate business strategy into proactive workforce plans—directly supporting our ambitious growth from 500 to 800 employees.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Enterprise Job Architecture & Career Framework:** Design and implement an enterprise-wide job architecture, providing consistent role classification and transparent career progression pathways across all functions and regions.
- **Competency Framework & Capability Models:** Architect core and functional competency frameworks aligned with organizational values. Develop role-specific capability models for critical functions like Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- **Learning Strategy & Development Pathway Design:** Translate capability gap analysis into comprehensive learning strategies, including structured development pathways for critical career transitions and leadership programs.
- **Strategic Workforce Planning & Capability Gap Analysis:** Lead workforce planning initiatives to support the growth target of 800 employees. Build predictive workforce analytics models identifying capability risks and succession pipeline gaps.
- **Talent System Integration & Operationalization:** Establish direct integration between job architecture, competency frameworks, and adjacent HR systems including performance management, compensation, and succession planning.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- 6-9 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, or talent strategy in fast-growth technology, financial services, or multinational environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing job architecture, competency frameworks, and career pathways across multi-country organizations.
- Deep expertise in job evaluation and leveling methodologies with the ability to translate business strategy into integrated talent systems.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for workforce analytics and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capability with a proven ability to engage C-suite leaders and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or an MBA.
