- **Role Overview**:
- As an Operations & Experience Cleaner, you are a vital frontline ambassador of our brand. You will ensure our club facilities maintain a "spotless and shiny" premium standard, creating a welcoming environment for our members. This is a highly active role where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence directly impact the member experience every day.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Maintain Flawless Standards**: Ensure all areas of the club are cleaned and maintained to an exceptional standard daily, following a structured, pre-programmed cleaning pattern.
- **Deliver a Premium Changeroom Experience**: Tidy, polish, and scrub bathroom areas to create a spotless and shiny changeroom experience for our members.
- **Studio & Equipment Readiness**: Ensure studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment (bikes, boxing bags, weights, etc.) and wiping mirrors and floors to a flawless finish.
- **Support Member Experience**: Assist with the cleaning and preparation of equipment in the gear-up area (e.g., boxing gloves, cleats), ensuring everything is ready for member use in line with our experience standards.
- **Stock & Inventory Management**: Closely manage cleaning supplies and conduct regular stock counts to ensure all items are accounted for, in good repair, and within expiry dates.
- **Safety & Maintenance Advocacy**: Proactively report any technical faults or maintenance needs while advocating for a safe environment for all members and team members.
- **Meaningful Member Interactions**: Ensure all interactions are warm and professional, handling queries or feedback effectively and finding ways to give that "little bit extra" to enhance the member journey.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Physical Stamina**: Demonstrated ability to perform high-intensity physical tasks, including deep cleaning, scrubbing facilities, and moving fitness equipment throughout a full shift.
- **Operational Flexibility**: Availability to work a rotating shift schedule, including opening shifts (from 6:15 am) and closing shifts (up to 11:00 pm), to support our members' training schedules.
- **Reliability and Discipline**: A strong commitment to following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and structured cleaning patterns independently.
- **Service-Minded Demeanor**: A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to engage with members in a professional and helpful manner.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience working within the fitness, wellness, or sports industry.
- A background in the Hospitality industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of premium service standards.
- Prior experience in professional cleaning within hotels, commercial facilities, or high-traffic environments.
