- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a high-potential, early-career professional to join our South African Business Development team as a Junior Business Development Executive. In this trainee-level role, the successful candidate will master the complexities of the CFD/FX industry while spearheading modern lead-generation strategies.
- Reporting to a remote Team Lead, this individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint by identifying and recruiting Introducing Brokers (IBs) through innovative digital channels, particularly social media.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Master the CFD Industry**: Rapidly acquire deep product knowledge—including leverage, spreads, and multi-asset trading—to consult effectively with potential partners and clients.
- **Drive Digital Acquisition**: Design and execute a social media-led outreach strategy (focusing on TikTok and other engagement platforms) to build a consistent pipeline of Introducing Broker (IB) leads.
- **Partner Recruitment & Management**: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed within the VT Markets ecosystem.
- **Execute Independent Growth**: Manage the full sales lifecycle in a fully remote environment, maintaining high levels of self-discipline and proactivity to meet and exceed regional growth targets.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Legal authorization to work in South Africa.
- A strong, demonstrable passion for sales and a hunger to build a career in the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setup.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional fluency in English (verbal and written).
- A "builder" mindset—comfortable putting yourself out there digitally to recruit and engage partners.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Marketing.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in Web3, Crypto, or digital asset trading communities.
- Demonstrated experience in social media content creation (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn) for professional or personal branding.
