- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for three proactive Sales Managers to join our Proof of Concept (POC) team in Singapore. This is an entry-level, full-cycle sales role where you will be at the forefront of building a new sales motion for our AI-powered HR products. You will own the entire sales funnel—from identifying outbound leads and qualifying prospects to closing deals and managing long-term client relationships.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Full-Cycle Sales**: Manage the complete sales process, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, contract negotiation, and closing.
- **Reframe and Educate the Market**: Act as a consultant and educator for HR professionals, successfully navigating complex objections and demonstrating how AI technology can augment and enhance HR functions.
- **Build the Sales Playbook**: Work in a highly unstructured environment to help develop and refine sales scripts, CRM sequences, and outreach strategies from the ground up.
- **Transition to Account Management**: Following the initial sales cycle, take ownership of client success and long-term relationship management to ensure continued platform adoption.
- **Maintain Pipeline Discipline**: Manage a diverse pipeline ranging from fast-moving SMB deals to long-term enterprise cycles, ensuring consistent activity to meet monthly targets.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Resilience and Persistence**: A high degree of comfort with outreach and the ability to maintain a positive, proactive mindset in a high-rejection environment.
- **Exceptional Communication**: An outgoing personality with the ability to engage strangers effectively and build rapport quickly over the phone or in person.
- **Coachability**: A strong desire to learn and implement feedback immediately, especially while working closely with established team members to navigate an evolving product landscape.
- **Work Authorization**: Must currently possess the legal right to work in Singapore, as no visa sponsorship is available for this role.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior exposure to sales through internships or up to one year of professional experience in an outbound-focused role (e.g., SaaS, insurance, or business development).
- Familiarity with the HR industry or an interest in AI and B2B SaaS products.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup, or "builder" environment.
