- **Role Overview**:
- Join us as the Talent Strategy Lead and foundational architect for our global talent infrastructure. Reporting to the Global Organizational Talent Development Manager, you will lead the transition from "scrappy growth" to "structured excellence." This is a high-impact, hybrid role where you will design the technical backbone of our HR function—including job architecture, competency frameworks, and strategic workforce planning—to support a rapidly scaling global business.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Enterprise Job Architecture & Career Framework**: Design and implement a globally consistent job architecture, defining career streams and leveling frameworks that provide clear scope differentiation and transparent progression pathways for all functions and regions.
- **Competency & Capability Modeling**: Architect core and functional competency models aligned with our strategic priorities. Partner with business leaders to define the knowledge and behaviors required for high performance in critical roles.
- **Learning & Development Strategy**: Translate capability gap analysis into comprehensive learning strategies, designing role-based development pathways and leadership programs that address identified skill gaps.
- **Strategic Workforce Planning**: Lead workforce planning initiatives that translate business expansion plans into talent requirements, creating capacity models to support our 56% growth trajectory.
- **Talent System Integration**: Build a seamless talent ecosystem by integrating architecture and competency frameworks into performance management, compensation (pay bands), and succession planning.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Professional fluency in Business Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and align talent strategies with our global Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, or talent strategy roles within fast-growth technology, fintech, or multinational environments.
- Deep expertise in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE, Hay Group) and competency framework design.
- Proven track record of architecting career pathways and scaling HR infrastructure across multi-regional organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (e.g., HiBob, Workday) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build executive-ready talent intelligence.
- Strong organizational influence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive adoption of new systems across diverse leadership teams.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
- Experience with AI-driven workforce models or automating HR workflows.
- Prior experience leading or managing a small team.
