- **Role Overview**:
- This is a strategic, "greenfield" opportunity to build VT Markets’ global traffic supply chain governance function from the ground up. As the Business Developer Lead, you will act as the architect of our traffic integrity framework, ensuring our aggressive scaling efforts are protected by robust fraud detection, vendor vetting, and margin-protective protocols. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this solo individual contributor role is critical to maintaining the quality and profitability of our global acquisition channels.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Architect Governance Frameworks:** Design and implement end-to-end admission protocols, SLAs, and vetting processes for all media partners and traffic vendors from scratch.
- **Lead Fraud Detection & Risk Control:** Establish active monitoring systems to detect traffic fraud (e.g., click injection, hijacking) and execute structured clawback processes to recover spend from non-compliant sources.
- **Drive Supply Chain Mapping:** Document and audit the existing traffic ecosystem, identifying high-performing vendors while optimizing or removing those that do not meet integrity standards.
- **Expand Supply Channels:** Identify, vet, and onboard high-quality, compliant new supply sources (e.g., CTV, DSPs, or Affiliate Networks) to support global growth targets.
- **Influence Internal Stakeholders:** Collaborate with and provide governance for existing traffic-buying teams, using data-driven insights to enforce quality standards and protect company capital.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Extensive experience in programmatic media, traffic acquisition, or ad operations, with a deep understanding of the "buy-side" ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in traffic quality management, including hands-on experience with fraud detection tools and executing financial clawbacks.
- Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to effectively negotiate with China-based vendor ecosystems and collaborate with our Singapore-based leadership.
- Based in the China region and available to work in the GMT+8 time zone to ensure alignment with regional partners and HQ.
- Demonstrated ability to build operational processes or functions from scratch in an autonomous, remote environment.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Direct experience within the Fintech or digital trading (CFD/FX) vertical.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with an "adversarial" mindset toward protecting margins.
