- Our core consumer laundry application is live and serving users in multiple markets. As we move into our next phase of growth, we are maturing our product function to deliver high-reliability features that improve the daily lives of our users.
- **Role Overview**:
- Join us as our first dedicated Product Manager for our consumer laundry application. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own the roadmap and lead the transition of our live product into its next stage of maturity.
- This is a high-impact role where you will introduce product discipline and structure to a fast-moving environment while shipping tangible improvements that affect thousands of users daily.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive the Product Roadmap:** Take ownership of the day-to-day execution and long-term roadmap for the consumer laundry app, ensuring developments align with user needs and business goals.
- **Mature the User Experience:** Conduct audits of user pain points across our markets to deliver enhancements in machine availability visibility, notification systems, and booking flows.
- **Bridge the Digital-Physical Gap:** Partner closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure digital features translate effectively into real-world environments and machine status data.
- **Establish Product Processes:** Implement lean product rituals and prioritization frameworks that help the team move with both speed and clarity.
- **Collaborate and Influence:** Act as a central point of alignment between Engineering, Operations, and Support, using data-driven insights to drive collaborative decision-making.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in product management (typically 4-7 years), with a proven track record of shipping and iterating on live consumer-facing or SaaS products.
- Experience managing products where user engagement and reliability are paramount.
- Proven ability to audit user journeys, identify friction points, and translate data into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams with differing priorities.
- Proficiency in Business English is required for effective coordination and negotiation with our global teams and partners.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Experience with IoT, smart buildings, or products where digital experiences interact with physical operations or hardware.
- Experience working across multiple geographies or international markets.
- Prior experience as an early product hire within a maturing or scaling organization.
