- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative to join our specialized POC (Proof of Concept) team. In this high-impact role, you will be the engine of our top-of-funnel growth, identifying and engaging key prospects to introduce Notion’s AI-powered HR solutions.
- This is more than a standard sales role; it is a 12-month "ramp-to-AE" program. You will receive direct mentorship from our Head of Sales and seasoned reps, mastering the art of category-creation selling before graduating into a full-cycle Account Executive position.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive High-Volume Outreach:** Execute a high-energy outbound motion (calls and digital outreach) to identify and qualify potential partners, maintaining a robust pipeline for the closing team.
- **Educate the Market:** Act as a subject matter expert, moving prospects from zero awareness to qualified interest by clearly articulating the value of AI-driven HR automation.
- **Navigate Complex Objections:** Use high emotional intelligence and persuasion to reframe perceptions of AI, positioning it as an essential tool that augments and scales the capacity of HR professionals.
- **Execute the Playbook:** Adopt and refine established sales sequences and scripts, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints while documenting insights in the CRM.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (this could be in recruitment, sales, account management, or a startup setting).
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence—the ability to maintain high energy and momentum even when facing significant outreach challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and engage strangers effectively over the phone.
- A strong "builder" mindset and coachability—you are eager to take feedback from mentors and apply it immediately to improve your craft.
- Professional proficiency in English to effectively engage with regional stakeholders and global team members.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
